If you miss the boat:
There are times when people misjudge the traffic or get stuck in a traffic jam. If you can call us on 07773 369970 then we may be able to help you get to us in time, or we can advise you on how to rebook on to a different date and time.
If you wish to cancel or postpone your trip:
We understand people change their minds, or sometimes life throws a spanner in the works! If you can give us 48 hours notice of a cancellation, then we will offer you the full value of your tickets as a voucher or a refund (you choose). If you are not able to give us that amount of notice then we will offer you the chance to transfer them to a friend or family member, exchange for a voucher of the same value or postpone to another date.
If we cancel your trip:
There are times when we may have to cancel a trip. This happens rarely but examples include bad weather or low numbers. Should that happen, we will offer you a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another date.
